Claims Specialist

• - Answers high volume of inbound calls from insurance companies, attorneys, clients and/or medical providers daily
• - Statuses cases to get updates on pending and ongoing case litigation and/or medical treatment.
• - Drafts correspondence to defense insurance companies and/or attorneys including demand letters, emails, and faxes
• - Delivers customer satisfaction through timely, accurate communications
• - Develops rapport with the attorneys, firms, insurance companies and medical providers

• Accurately collect, reconcile, and analyze raw data for various types of customer and business reports
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual reports to be distributed to external clients
• Communicate report results directly to customer (medical providers)
• Build custom reports for customers and internal teams in excel
• Work closely with the IT team to automate reporting
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis to support internal teams, including Sales, Operations and Finance

• - Manage a book of assets based on accounts/law firms and serve as the primary post-funding firm manager
• - Obtain quarterly updates from law firm partners
• - Negotiate account balance deductions at the conclusion of cases
• - Verify account data is accurate
• - Identify opportunities for new business or maintenance needs and collaborate with assigned salesperson to accomplish
