Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - **A clean driving record and reliable source of transportation is required.**
  • - High School or GED required.
  • - Knowledge of or experience with the personal injury legal process, medical billing, or insurance claims processing is a plus.
  • - Self-motivated with a desire to build great relationships and to meet and exceed goals.
  • - Ability to multitask while on the phone and the computer is necessary.
  • - Able to adapt to change and pivot quickly between tasks.
  • - Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines.
  • - Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for communicating with insurance companies, attorneys, and medical providers.
  • - Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.
