About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a book of assets based on accounts/law firms and serve as the primary post-funding firm manager
- Obtain quarterly updates from law firm partners
- Negotiate account balance deductions at the conclusion of cases
- Verify account data is accurate
- Identify opportunities for new business or maintenance needs and collaborate with assigned salesperson to accomplish
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Identify opportunities to drive new and recurring business
- Evaluate ongoing performance of law firm accounts against the standards of each product and determine proper escalation when needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School or GED required
- 1-3 years of relevant industry or legal experience is preferred
- Ability to review and analyze data to render a decision
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Adaptability and strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to calculate, explain and justify reductions in the context of the broader settlement
- Independently handle difficult conversations and identify when escalation is needed
- Effectively collaborate in a team environment, take ownership of tasks and complete objectives promptly
- Ability to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Must be able to work in-office at our office location in Charlotte, NC.
