Operational Excellence Lead

Compliance

• Support the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer in delivering the team’s objectives.
• Deliver monitoring tasks aligned with the Risk and Compliance Monitoring Framework and best practices.
• Support the execution of the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan.
• Conduct assigned reviews and oversight activities on schedule and to high standards.
• Perform ad-hoc monitoring of specific business areas as needed.
• Report review results clearly and promptly to the business.
• Track and escalate actions from monitoring work, ensuring timely resolution.
• Use management information (MI) to identify exceptions and enhance oversight.

• Provide compliance advice and guidance to businesses with a franchisee focus.
• Work with the senior team to communicate required changes to business practices to meet regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees.
• Support franchisees with ad-hoc compliance queries.
• Review and sign off marketing material for franchisees.
• Monitor and ensure regulatory filings are completed on time.

Risk & Compliance Manager

• Drive new business and grow a book of clients.
• Offer and present insurance solutions including insurance policies and other risk management solutions, with purpose to secure renewal and/or new business.
• Assist in team performance by regular communication with colleagues and manager to establish and raise concerns and provide solutions.
• Identify and pursue cross-selling, up-selling and similar opportunities.
• Utilise all leads provided to you by the company and develop new and efficient ways to increase the quote volume.
• Achieve or exceed agreed volume of Quotes/Sales/Income generated from all marketing sources including own personal prospecting activity.
• Understand client’s business operations, opportunities and risks and their approach to risk management and insurance.

• Provide day-to-day support for the HR administrative team
• Managing HR processes to ensure HR ticketing queries are answered and escalating accordingly
• Ensure the HR Operations team works in a timely and accurate way for employee data updates
• Working alongside our Payroll Manager to support the data accuracy and employee changes they need
• Oversee the employee benefits processes and that the team respond to employee queries
• Ensure the team maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

• Support the development and optimisation of our Property & Casualty product suite

• Owning and managing social media channels for Tradesman Saver and Salon Gold, ensuring consistent, on-brand activity
• Helping shape and deliver the social media strategy for both brands
• Creating compelling, story-led content that builds brand awareness and drives engagement
• Planning, executing and optimising social media campaigns aligned to wider marketing objectives
• Building and nurturing online communities by actively engaging with followers
• Managing influencer partnerships, from outreach and onboarding through to performance tracking

• Assessing customer’s needs, answering general enquiries and providing suitable advice
• Maximising renewal retention on allocated renewals and taking responsibility for replacing business where necessary to retain the client
• Completing amendments and cancellations as instructed, assisting with claims and resolving accounts and direct debit queries
• Providing a high level of customer service, treating the customers fairly and adhering to rules, codes of conduct and guidelines as issued by the firm and FCA

• Following up on new business enquiries and arranging cover, via email and telephone
