About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Timely Helpdesk support for all Acturis issues, queries and change configuration requests.
- Prioritise and manage own workload effectively, managing several open incidents, problems, and mini projects simultaneously.
- Work with the Acturis System Support team to build up knowledge base to improve overall team knowledge.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Acturis system knowledge (essential) – happy to consider existing front end / broking system user transitioning to support role.
- Great customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner, being able to network & build working relationships easily.
- Drive and genuine passion to learn and develop on Acturis systems knowledge.
