Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leading, coaching and supporting a small team of Onboarding Executives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent project management, planning and organisational abilities
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • Confidence making decisions and taking ownership of outcomes
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A continuous improvement mindset and the confidence to drive change
  • Experience in operational delivery, onboarding, implementation or mobilisation roles (desirable)
  • Insurance experience (advantageous)
  • Proven leadership experience from a supervisory or management role (Ideal)
