Account Manager

• Generate and qualify leads for residential solar through various channels, including referrals, marketing campaigns, and phone-based outreach efforts
• Engage with prospective customers to understand their energy needs, assess their eligibility for solar, and present the benefits of our solar solutions
• Conduct thorough virtual consultations and presentations to educate customers on the features of our solar products, including cost savings, maintenance, terms, and financing when applicable
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer support, to ensure smooth processing of lease agreements and installations
• Build confidence, generate excitement, and maintain consumer interest by using listening and negotiation skills when confronted with objections, skepticism, conflicts, etc.

• Reporting to the Director, Brand and Product Marketing, lead the strategy, execution, and performance of core digital marketing channels.

Solar Account Manager – Field

Business Intelligence Analyst

• Liaising with tax equity investors, cash equity investors, and debt partners for residential solar funds
• Track, compile and help prepare monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables
• Work alongside Structured Finance team to transition post-transaction close ownership of Fund compliance
• Manage Fund legal documents to meet all stated requirements
• Develop annual budgets and track budget-to-actual performance
• Create detailed process flows and identify efficiencies
• Track investment returns and report to syndicated partners
• Provide support during year-end fund audits

Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Build, maintain, and enhance comprehensive financial models for IGS’ Solar Funds, including tax equity partnership structures, cash equity and debt facilities
• Track, compile and help prepare monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables for internal stakeholders, and external debt and equity partners
• Model deal economics from initial term sheet through final close, incorporating pricing, yields, fees, reserves, covenants, funding mechanics, and timing assumptions
• Perform scenario, sensitivity, and downside analyses to evaluate returns, risks, and capital efficiency
• Use models to support negotiations, quantify tradeoffs, and recommend optimal deal structures
• Help lead deliverables processes for transaction closings, coordinating across internal teams and external counterparties to meet deadlines – including during non-traditional hours
• Support data room setup and maintenance; respond to investor, lender, and third-party diligence requests with clear, well-organized materials
• Partner with Business Development and Operations to analyze sales and deployment data, develop Fund-level deployment forecasts, and estimate capital timing needs
• Gain working knowledge of the weekly asset sale and funding process; Serve as backup resource as needed
• Coordinate with Financial Reporting teams to transition Funds into post-close management and reporting

• Architect and manage Azure Entra infrastructure, including tenant design, hybrid identity configurations, and conditional access policies.
• Maintain and optimize Active Directory environments, including domain controllers, group policies, organizational units, and security hardening.
• Design and implement Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and manage complex federation trusts between internal and external identity providers.
• Plan and execute domain trust relationships, including forest trusts, external trusts, and realm trusts across complex enterprise environments.
• Lead identity platform through organizational transitions, including tenant-to-tenant migrations, directory consolidations, and identity lifecycle transitions.
• Manage multi-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations, ensuring secure data transfer and seamless user transitions during organizational changes.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for identity infrastructure.
• Implement identity security best practices, including privileged access management, MFA enforcement, and identity protection policies.
• Monitor identity infrastructure health, performance, and security posture, responding to incidents and anomalies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders during organizational transitions to ensure smooth identity transitions with minimal business impact.
