• Design and implement HP’s enterprise-wide talent, performance management, and career development framework
• Provide thought leadership and expertise in talent and performance
• Lead development and implementation of practices, tools, solutions, and frameworks
• Communicate and advocate philosophy and approach to senior leadership; influence strategic direction
• Explore and adopt AI-enabled technologies to streamline talent and performance management
• Use contemporary approaches to drive behavioral and cultural change for high performance
• Monitor effectiveness and collect client and HR business partner feedback to improve practices
• Manage high-complexity projects that enhance program effectiveness and refine strategies
• Partner with senior People Leaders, COE partners, and Talent & Learning colleagues; report to SVP, Talent & Learning
• Contribute as a leader supporting broader People organization strategy
