About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end procurement transformation projects from initiation through planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization.
  • Create executive-level presentations and deliver compelling business storytelling to effectively communicate project progress, insights, risks, and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Manage cross-functional teams across Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Operations, and external partners.
  • Drive process standardization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA and procurement technology implementations.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.
  • Develop business cases and project roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and user adoption.
  • Measure project outcomes through KPIs, benefits realization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, quality standards, and organizational policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Recommended Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in project management, procurement, supply chain, or business transformation.
  • Proven experience leading medium-to-large-scale transformation or system implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and procurement operations.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution.
  • Strong Analytical and Decision-Making Skills.
  • Change Management and Organizational Readiness.
  • Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with SAP MM, SAP S/4HANA, or other procurement platforms.
  • Preferred Certifications PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
  • Experience leading global transformation programs.
