Account Manager

• Serve as the primary account owner for a portfolio of strategic US-based multinational clients across both BCS and EOR services.
• Develop trusted relationships with executive and senior client stakeholders by providing consultative guidance on global expansion, entity management, employment solutions, and compliance.

• Act as the senior escalation point for complex operational or commercial issues involving multinational clients.
• Balance client advocacy with GoGlobal's commercial objectives, operational capabilities, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure proactive risk identification and timely resolution of client issues.
• Partner closely with Operations, Payroll, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Provide strategic guidance to internal teams regarding client priorities and business objectives.
• Mentor junior Account Managers and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support process improvements that strengthen GoGlobal's client service delivery and commercial success.

Senior Account Manager

• Own and manage a portfolio of strategic BCS client accounts across Japan and multiple countries.

• Represent GoGlobal professionally in client-facing meetings and industry events.
• Maintain accurate client information, renewals, and opportunity pipelines within CRM systems.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex client issues, particularly those involving multi-country engagements.

• Exercise judgment on when to involve Legal, Compliance, Finance, or Leadership, and when issues can be resolved within the AM/PM structure.
• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen GoGlobal’s position as a trusted partner for international business expansion.

Human Resources

• Act as our external employees’ main point of contact for Mexico.
• To support Mexico primarily and knowledge in Colombia,Costa Rica and Peru good to have
• Process GoGlobal’s onboarding for all external employees.
• Process admissions, terminations, and resignations of employees.
• Process and support contracts and addendums.
• Update internal systems and controls.
• Administer employee benefits (transportation, health insurance, meal vouchers, and life insurance, according to each country's requirements), ensuring their correct implementation and alignment with payroll processing.
• Working closely with HR regional department to make sure, onboarding forms and documents are up to date.
• Act as the main interface between employees and the Payroll department for all expense-related matters, providing guidance on expense policy compliance and supporting the resolution of employee expense inquiries.
• Process and manage employees’ electronic timeclock hours and timesheets if applicable
• Control external employees’ vacation, sickness, and maternity, among other HR requirements.
• Establish a trustworthy relationship with external workers during the length of their contracts.
• Report and escalate external employees’ issues to other departments so a solution can be found collectively.

HR Specialist – Mexico, LATAM

Accounting Manager

• Prepare and review full sets of accounts in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and delivering outputs within agreed timelines.
• Perform account reconciliations, prepare and review management reports and accounting schedules, identify anomalies, and propose corrective actions.
• Handle all payment transactions and vendor management.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Associates, while overseeing the quality and timeliness of their deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, policies, procedures, and internal controls. Support internal and external audits, as well as statutory and regulatory filings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on routine accounting matters.
• Develop, maintain, and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency.
• Identify recurring issues or risks, recommend improvements, and support implementation of solutions or projects.

Accounting Services Specialist

• Be the primary HR contact and company representative for Japan
• Facilitate smooth onboarding for local employees; welcome and guide new hires through all local processes
• Manage core HR operations, for example time and attendance, probation tracking, contract changes and offboarding processes
• Address employee and client HR-related issues, escalating and resolving as needed
• Support employee termination / separation process under the direction of the Reporting Manager
• Stay updated on Japanese employment laws and HR trends; communicate relevant updates internally
• Prepare HR documents (e.g., employment agreements, addendums, letters) and maintain accurate personnel records
• Provide administrative/advisory support on the ground, including but not limited to office management, social insurance enrolment, bank account setup, and office equipment sourcing and purchasing
• Collect and organize client documents and mail, maintain document storage, ensure the office remains tidy, liaise with vendors, and manage the company’s safe box as part of office administration
