Billing Specialist

• Generate, review, modify, and send invoices accurately and on time, including one-time and usage-based billings.
• Create and manage subscriptions, sales orders, and estimates in NetSuite; terminate or modify subscriptions as needed.
• Apply customer payments, manage refunds/credits, and reconcile billing records with accounts and financial statements.
