Sales Development Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including social media, online research, and industry events
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage potential customers and generate interest in software solutions
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies and campaigns
- Track and report on lead generation activities and results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred
- 1+ years experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, particularly in a SaaS or technology context
- Strong ability to identify and qualify potential leads through various research methods and outreach techniques
- Understanding of sales processes and techniques, willingness to learn and grow in a sales role
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft & Outreach) and familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques
