About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the ongoing evolution of Fullsteam's Total Rewards philosophy across the United States and Canada.
  • Continuously assess and optimize compensation, benefits, leave, and incentive programs to improve competitiveness, employee experience, scalability, and operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with leadership to align Total Rewards strategies with organizational priorities and business objectives.
  • Develop recommendations supported by market research, financial analysis, workforce data, and industry best practices.
  • Own enterprise compensation strategy and administration, including market pricing, salary structures, job architecture, job evaluations, promotion guidance, pay analyses, and compensation policies.
  • Partner with People Business Partners and business leaders to provide strategic guidance on compensation decisions and organizational design.
  • Conduct market analyses and financial modeling to support compensation recommendations while balancing external competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Lead compensation-related due diligence and integration activities for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Own the design, governance, administration, and continuous improvement of software and payments sales commission plans.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, and leadership to ensure incentive plans drive desired business outcomes while remaining operationally efficient and financially sustainable.
  • Serve as business owner for the Salesforce Spiff platform, including platform governance, administration, reporting, enhancements, vendor management, and optimization.
  • Develop scalable commission administration processes, documentation, governance standards, and controls to improve efficiency, transparency, and accuracy.
  • Lead the administration and continuous improvement of employee benefit programs across the United States and Canada, including health and welfare, retirement, disability, wellness, and voluntary benefit offerings.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree and/or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), or comparable certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience leading compensation and benefits functions, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience designing and administering sales compensation programs.
