Product Manager

• Collaborate with Product Managers to guide vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Collaborate with end-users and partners including Analytics, Engineering, Product Managers, Legal, Compliance to understand business/technical needs and translate them into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Reporting to the VP of Product.
• Consolidation of all business and technical requirements into project-based epics/stories to have clearly defined development cycle/milestones.
• Partner with Product Managers/Analytics to define attribute logic, score requirements, segmentation, cutoffs, and success metrics.

• Design and implement Project Management processes, frameworks, and governance for engineering teams with no existing PM structure
• Establish project delivery standards, cadences, rituals, and documentation practices aligned with Agile and Scrum principles
