About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels
- Assist customers with fitment, application, selection, and installation questions for motorcycle parts and accessories
- Advise customers on proper fitment and use of motorcycle safety gear
- Help customers place orders
- Continually learn about motorcycle parts, gear, riding, racing, off-road, adventure/touring, supercross/MX, and bike modification
- Collaborate with varied teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Provide technical support for riders and department members
- Drive sales and facilitate complete customer interactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Years of experience working on V-twin motorcycles in shops, dealerships, or a personal business required
- Passion for motorcycles and related products
- Familiar knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories, particularly the V-twin segment
- Working knowledge of UTVs, ATVs, scooters, and snowmobiles is a bonus
- Sound problem-solving and analytical skills
- Established communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work outside standard business hours, including nights and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Retail, service, or hospitality experience is a plus
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Fast, secure internet connection; minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload; no hotspots or public WiFi
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
