About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and lead the operating system that fuels revenue growth
Implement a disciplined Lean management approach to eliminate waste and variability
Integrate AI and intelligent automation as a force multiplier
Ensure initiatives create capacity for reinvestment in growth
Launch the team and methodology within Operations
Scale outward across Sales, Client Services, Finance, Compliance, and other functions
Serve as the authority for Lean and AI applications across the business

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ten (10+) years leading operations, process excellence, or business transformation
Direct experience designing and running Lean/continuous-improvement programs at scale
Demonstrated success integrating AI and intelligent automation into operational workflows
Experience operating in a high-growth or scaling business
Proven matrixed leadership
Track record building and leading a lean, high-performing team
Strong change management orientation
Executive-level communication skills
Financial and analytical fluency
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field required
MBA or advanced degree in a related field strongly preferred
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent Lean/continuous-improvement certification preferred
