About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and lead the operating system that fuels revenue growth
- Implement a disciplined Lean management approach to eliminate waste and variability
- Integrate AI and intelligent automation as a force multiplier
- Ensure initiatives create capacity for reinvestment in growth
- Launch the team and methodology within Operations
- Scale outward across Sales, Client Services, Finance, Compliance, and other functions
- Serve as the authority for Lean and AI applications across the business
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ten (10+) years leading operations, process excellence, or business transformation
- Direct experience designing and running Lean/continuous-improvement programs at scale
- Demonstrated success integrating AI and intelligent automation into operational workflows
- Experience operating in a high-growth or scaling business
- Proven matrixed leadership
- Track record building and leading a lean, high-performing team
- Strong change management orientation
- Executive-level communication skills
- Financial and analytical fluency
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field required
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field strongly preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent Lean/continuous-improvement certification preferred
