About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Incident handling and incident management
- Troubleshooting and bug fixes
- Develop and maintain crawlers/scrapers for efficient, scalable data collection
- Ensure the quality, security, and governance of collected data
- Monitor and track performance indicators (structured logs, alerts, and tracing)
- Document processes, workflows, and technical decisions
- Integrate different data sources (APIs, relational and non-relational databases, message queues)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
- Knowledge of Python and interest in working with data capture and maintenance
- Experience with AWS, especially services such as SQS, Lambda, ECS, EC2, S3
- Basic knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs
- Familiarity with Git
- Familiarity with basic Docker concepts
- Strong ability to learn, good organizational skills, and ability to work in a team
- Good communication skills and willingness to operate in dynamic environments
