Account Manager

• You will make sales calls to infertility specialists (IVF Doctors/reproductive endocrinologists), embryologists, nurses, and account/clinic/center management team and administration.

Territory Account Manager

• Make sales calls to surgeons of various specialties, operating room management, nursing and administration.
• Communicate the benefits of using CooperSurgical products in surgical practice and/or operating rooms.
• Compile weekly and monthly sales and activity reports and submit them to Regional Manager in a complete and timely fashion.
• Plan and execute sales plans to obtain sales and business goals and objectives within assigned territory.

Territory Manager, GYN/L&D

• Manage the sales, growth, and profitability of the promoted product lines
• Develop a strategic territory business plan to achieve sales goals for all promoted products
• Travel throughout assigned territory to call on hospitals and physician offices to provide clinical and product technical support to providers

Territory Manager

Collections

• Process daily cash receipts and apply incoming customer payments to appropriate accounts and invoices
• Manage discrepancies, deductions, and adjustments
• Perform collection activities for accounts with past-due balances

• Supervise North American Accounts Payable activities within the Shared Services department for CooperVision.

• Coordinate and complete month-end closing processes, accruals, and reconciliations (BlackLine/FloQast).

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of Cooper’s tax obligations across the Americas region, including indirect, property, and payroll taxes.

• Support delivery of preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) services to international patients (APAC, LATAM and EMEA)

• Manage international PGT cases from initiation through test completion, including case acceptance review and coordination with laboratory operations and client services
