• Design, implement, and maintain Genesys Cloud CX solutions, focusing on cloud integration and deployment

Talent Acquisition Team Lead

Counselor

Our remote full time Telehealth Counselor, licensed in KS, will provide brief, solution-focused (telephonic and/or video) counseling services.
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the clients’ presenting issues, establishes a treatment plan aimed at resolving identified issues, and facilitates a referral to long-term treatment and/or community resources when clinically appropriate.
Maintain a caseload of approximately 8 phone or video appointments per day
Utilize brief, solution-focused interventions to resolve the clients’ presenting issue
Ensure safety for clients who present at risk to harm self/others
Ensure that all clients are properly referred to long-term treatment, when clinically appropriate, utilizing their benefit plan and/or community resources

Telehealth Counselor

Backend Engineer

• Design, development, and deployment of high-performance APIs using platforms like MuleSoft or Spring Boot
• Work with product team to understand end user requirements and translate it into an API specification
• Review the specification, complete the development and deployment of APIs or integrations
• Ensure adherence to healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, HL7/FHIR) and best practices in security, scalability, and observability
• Improve code quality by writing unit tests, code review, and by code scanning tools
• Manage APIs through API gateways, monitor and review the logs, and create API analytics dashboards and alerts

Lead API Developer

Performance Marketing

• The EDI/SQL/Data Conversion Specialist supports existing and new trading partners by maintaining electronic links and software.
• The position will also be responsible for handling inquiries and mapping data for our trading partners and internal customers.
• Primary Responsibilities: Uses independent judgement to execute test scripts to ensure that transmission data flows correctly through our business systems to ensure compliance.
• The ability to work with excel spreadsheets, comma separated value (CSV) files, and delimited or fixed length text files.
