About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Establish product marketing as a core function distinct from product management, including scope, best practices, and processes
Serve as the voice of the market to Product Management and provide commercial insight for roadmap priorities
Develop messaging frameworks, competitive positioning, and product one-pagers
Create and evolve a repeatable go-to-market model for product launches
Lead end-to-end launch planning and execution for products, features, and enhancements
Define launch strategy, goals, and success metrics with Product, Sales, and Marketing
Build sales enablement tools and conduct training sessions
Partner with Sales and Client Success on partnership enablement
Translate product features into audience-specific value propositions
Develop tools and language to explain pricing models to customers, prospects, and consultants
Establish scalable market research and competitive analysis processes and maintain a central insights repository
Own end-to-end product messaging and positioning
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of product marketing experience, including success building or scaling a product marketing management function
Hands-on experience with storytelling, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
Experience working directly with Product, Sales, and Client Success
Ability to create foundational product marketing tools and scale them into repeatable processes
Ability to support pricing and value communication in enterprise sales cycles
Data-driven ability to use insights to influence strategy and execution
Experience in health care, employer, or health plan services preferred
Experience partnering with data science, clinical, or research teams preferred
Consistent and reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free, disruption-free, quiet workspace required
Ability to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events
Ability to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer
