About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own product strategy and roadmap for the business unit
Set priorities, make tradeoffs, and align leadership and cross-functional teams
Direct AI-accelerated discovery using customer interviews, support tickets, competitor material, and market research
Validate AI-generated insights and determine what is accurate and important
Draft PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with AI, while validating scope, edge cases, dependencies, and prioritization
Use AI tools to create interactive mockups and working demos
Test product ideas with stakeholders and users before engineering investment
Direct AI analysis of usage and product data, generate hypotheses, select experiments, and own success metrics
Engage customers and internal customer-facing teams
Provide product thought leadership and vision to sales, customer success, and business development
Equip customer-facing teams with product knowledge and direction
Build reusable AI prompts, templates, and guardrails for Product
Hold the team accountable for accuracy, bias, and privacy when using sensitive behavioral health and absence data

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years owning products end to end, including strategy, roadmap, and execution
Deep technical acumen and ability to partner with Engineering on system constraints and tradeoffs
Ability to write detailed stories, prioritize under pressure, and unblock cross-functional teams
Analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving
Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience driving initiatives through influence rather than authority
Daily use of AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT for research synthesis, PRD and story drafting, prototyping, or data analysis
Ability to identify errors in AI outputs before they ship
Sound judgment regarding AI reliability, hallucination risk, bias, and data privacy
Experience helping teams adopt new tools and ways of working
Bonus: experience in behavioral health, absence management, or another regulated, data-sensitive industry
