About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own product strategy and roadmap for the business unit
Set priorities, manage tradeoffs, and align leadership and cross-functional teams
Direct AI-accelerated discovery using customer interviews, support tickets, competitor material, and market research
Draft and validate PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with AI assistance
Validate scope, edge cases, dependencies, and prioritization
Use AI tools to generate interactive mockups and working demos
Test product ideas with stakeholders and users before engineering commitment
Direct AI analysis of usage and product data, generate hypotheses, select experiments, and own success metrics
Engage directly with customers and internal customer-facing teams
Provide product thought leadership and vision to sales, customer success, and BD conversations
Equip customer-facing teams with product knowledge and direction
Collaborate with PMs on prompts, templates, and guardrails
Hold the team accountable for accuracy, bias, and privacy when using AI with sensitive behavioral health and absence data
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years owning products end to end — strategy, roadmap, and execution
Deep technical acumen and partnership with Engineering
Ability to understand system constraints and tradeoffs
Strong backlog discipline, including writing detailed stories and prioritizing under pressure
Experience working in an Agile environment
Analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving
Experience driving initiatives through influence rather than authority
Daily use of AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT for research synthesis, PRD and story drafting, prototyping, or data analysis
Ability to identify errors in AI-generated outputs before release
Judgment regarding hallucination risk, bias, and data-privacy considerations
Experience helping teams adopt new tools and ways of working
Bonus: experience in behavioral health, absence management, or another regulated, data-sensitive industry
