• The Interim Senior Contracts & Operation Manager for IU will be responsible for negotiating, managing, and ensuring compliance to Coloplast policies and procedures related to HCP and Vendor contracting and payment activities for the IU business primarily within the Professional Education function, as well as supporting contracting for other areas of the IU business, globally. This position serves as the focal point for leading the development, execution and management of IU’s contracts with HCPs, Patient Educators, and Vendors, ensuring compliance with Coloplast policies and external regulations. This includes facilitating alignment between internal stakeholders involved with contract requests and those who will ensure IU commitments under HCP and Vendor contracts. This position also partners closely with Professional Education, Clinical, Compliance, Legal, Marketing and R&D to ensure compliant execution and payment given the terms of all agreements. This position is accountable for proactive management of day-to-day contracting operations, as well as ensuring that all processes and systems are efficient and compliant. The interim need is for 24-32 hours a week, and the length of assignment is anticipated to be 2-3 months. The role may be 100% remote. Basic Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Business or equivalent. +10 years’ experience working with all aspects of contracts, project management, or legal department healthcare, med-tech, pharma or life sciences industry experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements. Excellent understanding of corporate policies and procedures, coupled with ability to identify required improvements to established policies. Results driven, decisive, and confident in communicating and influencing at all levels within the organization. Solid business acumen and an appreciation of financial contractual implications. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and complete tasks efficiently and independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A team player with the ability to use strong verbal reasoning skills to analyze, assess corporate risk, and communicate to appropriate internal stakeholders. Senior Contracts & Operations Manager

Analyst

• The business analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for business-critical Comfort Medical solutions with deep expertise in Brightree system administration and optimization.
• In this position, you will focus on day-to-day support, system maintenance, and data management, while also collaborating with stakeholders across the Comfort Medical organization to identify and implement workflow and process improvements.
• As the subject matter expert on Brightree capabilities, integrations, and strategic enhancements, you will play a key role in maximizing the system’s value.
• This role will also challenge the status quo by identifying and implementing process optimizations that will increase overall efficiency in the way our teams operate.
• Tasks may originate from projects, requests for change, continuous improvement or troubleshooting to solve system issues.
• This role will work closely with several business functions including Order Fulfillment, Marketing, Revenue Cycle Management, Outside Sales, and Regulatory Affairs & Credentialing.
• Major Areas of Accountability:
• Serve as Brightree subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance on system capabilities, limitations, and optimization opportunities.
• Lead Brightree Configuration Management, including complex workflows, business rules, and custom reporting solutions.
• Drive operational efficiencies by continuously improving, ensuring compliance, and standardizing order-to-cash processes.
• Ensure best practices by maintaining close communication with vendors, attending courses, monitoring release notes, and performing external benchmarking.
• Develop, implement, and uphold a comprehensive master data management strategy.
• Take ownership of data issues, serving as the first line of defense from identification to resolution, and escalating as necessary.
• Secure master data integrity, establish processes and cadence for data uploads (e.g. pricing tables).
• Respond to user issues, troubleshoot, and provide problem-solving assistance as required.
• Manage relationship with vendors.
• Document and maintain the system change process.
• Manage system access control, permissions, and privileges.
• Set expected service level goals for application operations and support, monitor performance and escalate issues as needed.
• Own general configurations such validation rules, custom fields, and picklists.
• Maintain a high-level understanding of supporting solutions to provide recommendations on potential integration points and functionality intersections.
• Collaborate closely with the development team on new solutions and enhancements.
• Collaborate with the training team and department management to plan, develop, and oversee user training for new and revised processes.
• Support IT Resource Management, provide business ownership and RFC documentation.

Business Analyst

• Define and standardize company-wide metrics, ensuring alignment on relevant data sources.
• Design and maintain systems that transform raw data into actionable business insights.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain performance tracking tools (e.g., dashboards, reports) for both field and inside commercial teams.
• Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting on operational and commercial KPIs, such as sales targets, budgets, pricing trends, and volume growth.
• Apply industry knowledge to interpret data, identify performance improvement opportunities, and recommend actionable strategies.
• Monitor customer buying trends and behaviors to identify market opportunities and risks.
• Lead standalone projects ranging from operational process improvements to strategic planning initiatives.
• Drive meetings to produce clear outcomes and actionable next steps.
• Identify complex, ambiguous business problems and develop multifaceted, data-driven solutions.
• Proactively assess business dynamics through quantitative analysis, providing timely insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to additional projects, initiatives, and responsibilities as assigned by leadership to meet evolving business priorities.
