Learning & Development Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Designing, implementing, and evaluating learning initiatives
- Identifying skill gaps and creating engaging training programs
- Ensuring learning outcomes are met across the organization
- Conducting training needs analysis in partnership with managers and HRBPs
- Coordinating and managing end-to-end training logistics
- Measuring training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Supporting managers and employees with Individual Development Plans
- Promoting a strong learning culture through internal communication
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 5 years+ of experience in training, learning & development, or similar HR roles
- Experience designing and delivering training sessions
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to design structured, engaging learning materials
- Proficiency with learning technologies (LMS platforms, elearning tools, virtual training tools)
- Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate learning effectiveness
- Strong planning, project management, and coordination skills
- Creativity, curiosity, and passion for people’s development
- Languages: Portuguese & English (B2/C1)
