Student Assistant – Customer Experience Projects & Innovation

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting Customer Experience projects across user experience, HCP experience, service operations and digital marketing
- Contributing to user research, customer insights and digital initiatives
- Coordinating stakeholder input and helping drive activities across teams and markets
- Assisting with PowerPoint preparation, project coordination and stakeholder input
- Supporting the team with administrative and ad hoc tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree within business, marketing, digital, innovation or similar
- Enjoy working across different teams, topics and problem types
- Proactive, pragmatic and motivated by getting things done
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Bring a commercial mindset and enjoy connecting the dots across disciplines
- Enjoy working with people and building relationships across functions and markets
- Experience with content platforms, Excel or design tools is a plus, but not a requirement
