Clinical Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support field sales initiatives and external medical education efforts
- Provide clinical expertise and support to field sales teams
- Assist in training sales personnel on product knowledge
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals
- Recruit and cultivate relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals
- Lead the development and execution of external medical education programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to align and execute on medical education and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with U.S. laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Prepare reports and presentations that summarize findings and implications for clinical practice
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in life sciences, medical sciences, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in medical education or related roles within the biotechnology or medical device industry, specifically in wound care
- Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver results on time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of medical device regulations, compliance requirements, and industry guidelines
- Familiarity with clinical research processes
- Proficiency in data analysis and scientific documentation
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
