Engineer

• Identify process improvements across finished vehicle logistics business operations and drive profit improvements and efficiencies

• Deliver project improvements with focus on identifying opportunities, process re-engineering, driving efficiency through process change, and redesigning and implementing operational layout changes
• Provide guidance and support to sites to enable them to successfully conduct and complete Kaizen activities through training, coaching and data analysis
• Develop and maintain BPE tools: such as 5S & Scheduling tool, performance boards, productivity reports, utilisation reports

Logistics Engineer

Recruitment

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Australia & New Zealand operations
• Guide managers and candidates through nuanced recruitment conversations
• Apply CEVA’s remuneration frameworks and salary ranges during recruitment and offer processes
• Support volume hiring for new business launches and workforce scaling
• Drive proactive sourcing and passive candidate engagement for key roles
• Coordinate pre-employment checks, prepare offers, maintain accurate records, and manage onboarding data entry
• Maintain recruitment systems, reporting and trackers with strong attention to detail
• Deliver training and coaching to hiring managers to build recruitment capability

Talent Acquisition Advisor

• Serve as first point of contact for HR advice across Pacific (AU/NZ/FJ) operations
• Provide timely HR advice and support to leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle
• Coach leaders through conduct and performance processes, including formal counselling
• Manage HR documentation including employment contracts and variation letters
• Respond to queries via the HR shared services inbox and triage or escalate as needed
• Assist in delivering people initiatives such as restructures, engagement activities and onboarding

Compliance

• Interpret and monitor evolving CoR and HVNL legislation, adapting CEVA’s systems to ensure full compliance across sites, carriers, and transport contractors
• Partner with multiple business units including Ground & Rail, Finished Vehicle Logistics, and Contract Logistics to provide expert guidance
• Develop and manage internal and external audit schedules (e.g., NHVAS, NLSC), conduct in-depth audits and produce detailed reports with actionable recommendations

• Manage and lead a team of Process-Focused Implementation Engineers on Manhattan WMS/OMS deployments.
• Ensure process standardization, configuration integrity, and deployment consistency across sites.
• Act as central coordination point between business requirements, system capabilities, and operational execution.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee prioritization of engineering workstreams and conduct regular team reviews.
• Develop and enforce standards for SOPs, process documentation, and system instruction sets.
• Translate warehouse and order management operational processes into Manhattan Active system configurations.
• Serve as escalation point for complex configuration or process issues during implementation.
• Collaborate with Super User Team Managers, Deployment Project Managers, Training team, and customer IT/automation platforms.

Implementation Engineer Lead – Process Focused, WMS/OMS

Manager

• Lead a regional/configuration-specific team of Super Users supporting Manhattan WMS and OMS deployments across multiple warehouse sites.
• Define and develop repeatable QA/UAT processes and testing blueprints for future deployments.
• Collaborate with Operations and Implementation Engineering to define and validate business and technical requirements.
• Ensure accurate and site-specific system configurations are implemented consistently.
• Oversee QA and UAT development and ensure comprehensive validation of solutions before go-live.
• Act as the main point of contact for site-specific and configuration-specific system issues.
• Ensure successful IT integration with customer systems, including EDI/API mappings and system behavior coordination.
• Manage documentation of configuration standards, test protocols, and configuration governance across deployment sites.

Super User Team Manager

Mechanical Engineer

• Provide engineering support for proposals, renewals and re-engineering activities to support CEVA Business Growth and Retention objectives.
• Engineering support may include data analysis, concept of operations, design layouts, identifying processes, build engineering models and develop customer proposals.
• Continuous development of engineering skills to design distribution center operations.
• Work with BDs and Program Managers to schedule, prepare and submit proposals and/or renewals on a timely basis.
• Provide engineering support other operational improvements as requested.
• Incorporate green initiatives into CEVA proposals when appropriate and in conjunction with employee support of local communities.

Implementation Engineer Lead - Process Focused

Program Manager

• Establish and lead a centralized Program Management Team to drive project execution and standardization across deployments.
• Develop and manage a multi-year program roadmap, delivery milestones, KPIs, and escalation protocols.
• Align program goals with CEVA's business strategy and customer requirements.
• Manhattan WMS/OMS System Deployment: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Manhattan WMS/OMS solutions, ensuring successful go-lives across all targeted warehouse operations.
• Oversee system configuration, data migration, and functional integration with customer systems (ERP, TMS, EDI, etc.).
• Partner with solution architects, developers, and integration teams to ensure scalable, repeatable deployments.
• Act as the executive sponsor and primary escalation point for customer IT and operations leaders during each deployment.
• Drive communication, transparency, and alignment across all internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Conduct regular steering committee reviews, status reporting, and executive briefings.
• Operational Excellence & Standardization: Ensure site readiness, SOP alignment, and staff preparedness at each warehouse location.

Program Director

• As a Process-Focused Implementation Engineer, you will define operational workflows, support system design, and ensure that business processes are accurately represented in Manhattan WMS and OMS solutions.
• You’ll work closely with Super Users, Operations, IT, and Training teams to build standardized SOPs and work instructions that drive successful deployments and long-term adoption.
• Process Design & Documentation: Define and map operational workflows for warehouse and order management functions. Translate operational requirements into Manhattan Active system behaviors and functional specifications. Create detailed process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
