Compliance

• Interpret and monitor evolving CoR and HVNL legislation, adapting CEVA’s systems to ensure full compliance across sites, carriers, and transport contractors
• Partner with multiple business units including Ground & Rail, Finished Vehicle Logistics, and Contract Logistics to provide expert guidance
• Develop and manage internal and external audit schedules (e.g., NHVAS, NLSC), conduct in-depth audits and produce detailed reports with actionable recommendations
• Lead training needs analyses and coordinate the design and delivery of compliance programmes, coaching junior coordinators and advisors
• Oversee or participate in ICAM investigations, work closely with QHSE teams to conduct root cause analyses and champion safety improvements
• Collaborate on introducing digital platforms and integrated systems to strengthen transport governance and align with Integrated Safety Management Systems
• Serve as the primary expert for operations teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders on all transport compliance matters
