Create and execute comprehensive Global Market Access strategies for sasanlimab in non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC)
Partner with Global Access Strategy and Pricing lead to deliver recommendations on pricing, reimbursement, payer value proposition, and payer insights for global launch
Work closely with cross-functional and Country Access and Value teams to summarize launch-related country feedback and develop recommendations
Ensure consistency in carry through of sasanlimab access strategy and pricing assumptions for launch
Update payer value proposition and share with A&V colleagues for launch preparation
Partner with country colleagues to ensure access launch readiness aligned with IVAS Lead
Lead projects supporting launch strategy including payer & HTA landscape assessment
Champion the payer perspective internally and improve understanding of US and ex-US payer needs
Remain fully compliant to all Pfizer SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required with 6+ years of experience required in healthcare environment, preferably pharmaceutical industry or related consulting services
Colleagues with previous market access experience either in the country level, at a Global level (on another portfolio), or through previous consultancy work will be prioritized
Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions and move processes forward quickly
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects involving complex processes and significant budget, competing deadlines and rapidly shifting priorities in a compliant manner
Ability to prioritize initiatives and clearly communicate timelines and manage projects closely to those timelines
Ability to partner with key members of global commercial, HV&E, and local teams constructively

Knowledge and experience in the relevant therapeutic area (oncology)
Knowledge of payer systems
Knowledge of ex-US HTA is desirable
Ability to travel based on business needs
Requires permanent work authorization in the United States
