As a Process-Focused Implementation Engineer, you will define operational workflows, support system design, and ensure that business processes are accurately represented in Manhattan WMS and OMS solutions.
You’ll work closely with Super Users, Operations, IT, and Training teams to build standardized SOPs and work instructions that drive successful deployments and long-term adoption.
Process Design & Documentation: Define and map operational workflows for warehouse and order management functions. Translate operational requirements into Manhattan Active system behaviors and functional specifications. Create detailed process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Partner with Super Users to co-develop System Work Instructions used during training and post-go-live support.
System Implementation Support: Provide business input to configuration and development teams during implementation phases. Validate system behavior against business requirements through QA and UAT processes. Act as an advisor to operational and customer teams during deployment execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Super Users, Deployment Managers, and Training teams to align process and system documentation. Serve as a knowledge resource for Manhattan platform capabilities and best practices. Ensure process changes are clearly communicated to affected stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Identify process optimization opportunities through data, observation, and feedback. Contribute to a centralized process library to support scale and standardization across deployments. Leverage Manhattan and Associate tools to continuously optimize warehouse operations and systems. Capture and communicate lessons learned to improve future rollouts.
