Systems Engineer

• Your primary focus is building and operating the microservices and REST APIs that power the tag-api platform.
• You'll design and implement API endpoints, define data models, write migrations, and build the service-layer logic that handles validation, quota enforcement, and concurrency control.

Senior Named Account Executive

Security Engineer

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for our enterprise customers, responding to and resolving inquiries and incidents related to network security and performance, while delivering timely, high-quality and personalized assistance.
• Work directly with customers to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues involving DDoS mitigation, firewall rules, SSL/TLS, network confirmation, and other security configurations.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles, technical guides, and troubleshooting documentation for internal and customer use.
• Compare traffic signatures and attributes including IP addresses, cookie variations, HTTP headers, and JavaScript footprints to determine what is good traffic and what is malicious

Network Security Engineer

Technical Account Manager

• Serve as the primary technical support and escalation contact for assigned Enterprise customers.
• Build trusted technical relationships with customer stakeholders, including technical teams, operational leaders, and senior executives.
• Collaborate with global Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, Account Teams, Professional Services, and Partners.
• Own and drive the post-sales technical support experience, ensuring timely, high-quality support outcomes.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across Cloudflare products and customer environments.
• Manage support interactions, drive escalations, coordinate internal response, and ensure clear customer communication during incidents.
