• Own annual application, Scholars Grant, and matching grant targets for all Fellowship Programs.
• In partnership with Institutional Relations leadership, develop and execute an annual Sales & Marketing strategy to drive student applications and institutional engagement.

• Manage and continuously improve application workflows, timelines, and internal review processes, ensuring scalability for future programs.
• Manage the New+ funnel to increase conversion from inquiry to submitted application.

Manager, Global Fellowships

Account Manager

• Provide sales and account management leadership to a team of International Recruitment Specialists supporting the largest Summer Work and Travel host employers.
• Maximise renewals for each season from managed host relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic sales plans to add additional strategic accounts.
• Set individualised sales/renewal goals and pipeline targets for team members.
• Create outreach strategies to engage hosts and provide high-touch support.
• Provide gold standard account management to host accounts by building long-term relationships, ensuring the international recruitment specialists are delivering on commitments, and identifying opportunities for growth and retention.

Strategic Account Manager

Director

• Oversight for the growth and implementation strategy of the Summer Work and Travel, Camp, and Hiring Services group.
• Manage a team of directors and provide departmental leadership so that the team will effectively execute sales plans and meet or exceed placement goals.
• Develop a sales and marketing strategy to ensure that CIEE meets its sales and placement goals for Work & Travel USA and Camp Exchange USA, including lead generation, cold calling, appointments, presentations, and obtaining commitments.
• Develop hiring event strategy that maximizes CIEE placements at hosts.
• Develop onboarding and training directors to help their staff develop effective sales strategies, hiring strategies, and strong relationships with host employers and community organizations.

• Track and evaluate weekly, monthly, and annual progress.

Executive Director, Seasonal Exchange Programs

Social Media Manager

• Maintain a comprehensive social media calendar with publish information, including by channel, that’s accessible across the larger marketing team.
• Manage social listening platform for CIEE Study Abroad’s primary social media channels, including responding / engaging with posts as appropriate and/or escalating questions/comments as needed.
• Track mentions of CIEE Study Abroad across social media by hashtag as well as across center locations.
• Create and share relevant, engaging content aligned to the CIEE Study Abroad brand and designed to reach prospective college students.
• Ensure alignment with brand tone and voice.
• Review engagement reports across to evaluate what types of content types or delivery channels perform best and share/implement those recommendations as appropriate.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns from a social media perspective by recommending and implementing social media strategies informed by data, metrics and best practice.
• Maintain social media guidelines and best practices handbook to support CIEE Centers.
• Track and measure key metrics to evaluate success and impact against student enrollment goals.

Social Media Strategist

• Develop and execute the US-focused employer sales strategy securing internship placements and matching students to those roles.
• Define and implement sales strategies, management tools, and processes to meet aggressive sales goals.
• Build a robust pipeline of employer partnerships, connecting directly to decision-makers and other influencers at target companies.
• Leverage tools (e.g., Salesforce, Bookings, etc.) to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability.

Account Manager – Industry Partnerships

Billing Specialist

• Generate program bills for participants and institutional customers.
• Produce and maintain billing reports.
• Work collaboratively with other departments on billing transactions.
• Maintain billing agreements in the database.
• Review multiple daily reports and enter corresponding adjustments in the financial system.
• Validation of program pricing billed for each program term.
• Resolve customer billing disputes, discrepancies, and irregularities.
• Correspond with program participants and organizations to expedite the collection of outstanding receivables.
• Assist with the month-end close, review, and posting of adjusting entries.

• Collaborate with the director and business stakeholders in the development of paid digital marketing strategies that align with and support the core business goals of individual business lines.
• Drive program participant growth by developing and producing strategic paid search, display, and paid social media advertising, marketing automation, and lead generation campaigns.
• Regularly monitor and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns, marketing funnel, and lead generation performance.
• Provide reporting and analysis to stakeholders to drive paid digital marketing strategy, with a strong focus on lead, application, and participant growth.
• Support day-to-day relationships with third-party digital marketing vendors and agencies.
• Collaborate with the marketing automation manager in creating and optimizing lead scoring models.
• Collaborate with the web team, and business stakeholders to develop and integrate content marketing strategies that leverage new and existing assets includes blogs, social media, web, and other user-generated content.

Digital Marketing Producer

Recruitment

• Sell CIEE's Seasonal Exchange programs to prospective U.S. businesses
• Prospect and cold call to collect relevant information about the host employer's needs
• Foster ongoing relationships with host employers (recruiters, H.R. representatives, business owners, U.S. summer camps)
• Provide consultation on hiring needs and creating a successful Bridge USA program
• Obtain commitments from host employers and U.S. summer camps to hire Bridge USA participants through CIEE hiring services by presenting a tailored hiring solution to meet each host employer's unique needs
• Promote CIEE at regional and national tradeshows as needed
• Work with other teams on Seasonal Exchanges to ensure a successful program experience for Bridge USA participants, from application to program completion
• Hire program participants for host employers - hire may be in-person, overseas, or virtually
• Maintain an accurate and complete sales database
• Travel internationally as needed to support CIEE's program placement goals and objectives

International Recruitment Specialist

Accounts Payable

• Manage the Accounts Payable Specialist.
• Prepare and code routing forms for foreign invoices and funding requests.
• Review invoices and support for accuracy.
• Reconcile vendor account balances to maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage vendor relations to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and billing inquiries.
• Review of the Accounts Payable reconciliation and Aging report.
• Review disbursements for appropriate internal limits, approval authority, and SOP compliance.
• Assist with maintaining and updating the organization's payables policies, practices, guidelines, and monitor compliance.
• Assist with documentation preparation and support for the annual audit.
• Assist with coding prepaid, accrued and capital expenditures.
• Assist with Concur employee reimbursement processing and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage vendor records for proper tax forms, contact information and banking information for domestic and foreign vendors.

Events

• Support the project management and coordination of key logistics across multiple concurrent events.
