• Support HSOB Sales Team with alumni meetings and presentations
• Source alumni or ambassadors to co-present with CIEE staff in their school community to maximize their impact.
• Host weekly presentation preparation refresher workshops with alumni before they present in schools.
• Mediate communications between CIEE sales team and alumni, including providing the sales team with the ambassadors’ slides for presentation.
• Ensure that referral links are always readily available for in-school presentations.
• Coordinate the Global Ambassador and Ambassador Abroad Programs
• Help develop, organize and deliver virtual trainings for our ambassadors.
• Curate and distribute materials to equip ambassadors.

• Source, package and curate alumni and champion stories in the form of blogs, interview clips, photo galleries, podcasts etc. to contribute to CIEE’s content plan and enrich alumni social media and web presence.
• Create pre-packaged marketing materials that alumni and parents can customize to promote CIEE programs and scholarships in their community.
• Help to plan and coordinate the Global Navigator Virtual Fair, including creating zoom meetings and communicating with presenters, developing promotional material for the fair and moderating panels.
• Pilot in-person events to gather ambassadors, parents of alumni or program leaders with local youth.

Marketing Coordinator – High School Outbound

General

• Grow student enrollment in CIEE’s transformative study abroad programs for high school students and recent graduates with effective sales outreach and a goal-driven mindset
• You'll own the entire applicant journey, from initial interest to confirmed participation, proactively guiding students and building trust with students and families every step of the way
• With a passion for relationship building and working with teens, you'll convert inquiries into life-changing study abroad experiences by helping students and families find the programs that best meet their needs and goals
• Convey the value and tangible outcomes of study abroad to U.S. high school students and their legal guardians
• Follow a structured sales outreach process to proactively engage interested leads and applicants via phone, text, and email outreach
• Ability to work through a high daily call volume, 20-60 calls per day, depending on the time of year
• Motivate and coach participants and families through the scholarship and application process
• Work with families to overcome barriers associated with studying abroad in high school
• Provide professional and timely customer service to students and parents throughout the entire application process, including program acceptance, confirmation, and pre-departure preparedness

Enrollment Coordinator

Admissions Advisor

• Serve as an admissions expert, advising students on appropriate CIEE programs based on their academic interests, goals, and eligibility
• Provide hands-on guidance to students as they begin, complete, and submit their CIEE applications
• Offer individualised support
• Manage a high volume of communication (emails and calls) and respond to inquiries within one working day
• Schedule prompt follow-up with prospective students to provide support and determine the level of commitment, and execute strategies to inform students about CIEE programs at all phases of the inquiry and application process
• Organise and host information sessions, webinars, tabling events, and classroom presentations to raise awareness about CIEE programs
• Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of CIEE Student Ambassadors on campus
• With the Manager of Institutional Relations, guide their outreach strategies and activities to generate and convert applications for CIEE Study Abroad programs
• Work with Institutional Relations Managers to ensure alignment with partner institution goals and provide insights from the ground
• Achieve personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets (i.e., completed applications and conversion of those applications) set by leadership
• Document call information and input data into the organisational CRM (Salesforce) to ensure seamless communication and progress tracking

Account Manager

• Act as the general manager of a dedicated sales territory (San Francisco Bay Area to Monterrey).
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet and exceed student enrollment goals.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including principals, teachers, counselors, and alumni.
• Actively prospect and conduct high-volume outreach to new schools to build a sustainable pipeline.
• Lead, manage, and mentor direct reports (Enrollment Coordinators) to oversee the student sales process.
• Deliver engaging presentations to students, parents, and administrators, both virtually and in-person.
• Take ownership of the entire student enrollment pipeline.

• Facilitate virtual hiring services, allowing CIEE host employers to interview and hire from their home office via webcam
• Oversee many aspects of virtual hiring, including reviewing host employer needs for seasonal staff
• Advertising to prospective participants through CIEE’s network of International Representatives overseas
• Scheduling and overseeing event execution
• Ensure the completion of interview documents prior to virtual events
• Manage post-event follow-up as necessary

• Provide live technical support to all stakeholders during hiring events
• Proactively monitor event enrollment and ensure completion of pre-interview requirements
• Provide professional and consistent customer service to all stakeholders
• Manage post-event reporting and maintain accurate hiring records in CIEE’s database, including generation and disbursal of reports to external stakeholders
• Seek continuous improvement to virtual and in-person hiring event processes and update training and event materials annually

Manager, Hiring Events Team

Manager

• Supervise, coach, and develop Program Leader Network Coordinator; establish priorities, manage workloads, provide performance feedback, and contribute to workforce planning as the team grows.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified Program Leaders; oversee candidate sourcing, application review, interviews, selection processes, and annual staffing plans in partnership with International Staff and Human Resources.
• Ensure Program Leaders are effectively onboarded and prepared for success through virtual training meetings, Canvas training course(s), communications, and readiness tracking.
• Oversee Program Leader and chaperone travel planning, flight coordination, staffing assignments, and logistical processes in collaboration with Global Navigator Leadership, travel partners and in-country staff to support successful program delivery.
• Build and sustain an engaged community of current and former Program Leaders through strategic communications, recognition initiatives, referral programs, professional development opportunities, and alumni engagement efforts.
• Partner with Sales and other stakeholders to leverage the Program Leader network as a channel for student recruitment, program promotion, referral generation, and relationship-building with educators and schools.
• Lead Program Leader evaluation processes, survey administration, performance tracking, and feedback analysis to identify opportunities for program enhancements and improved participant experiences.

• Provide sales leadership by managing a team of International Recruitment Specialists to sell to new hosts and renew existing host relationships within a defined territory.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic sales plans for the assigned region to meet and exceed seasonal goals.
• Set individualized sales goals and pipeline targets for team members.
• Create outreach strategies to engage new hosts and renew existing relationships.
• Provide gold standard account management to host accounts in your region by building long-term relationships, ensuring the international recruitment specialists are delivering on commitments, and identifying opportunities for growth and retention.

• Consult with hosts on hiring strategies aligned with participant availability and market trends.

• Manage an active pipeline of custom program opportunities to meet annual sales goals.
