• Actively participate in the company’s enterprise-wide risk management, collaborating with internal stakeholders to support the analysis of risks and opportunities.
• Work closely with the international network of risk managers and with head-office functions to support the rollout of risk management programs: assist the Risk Management Department in implementing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) policy in support of strategy, growth, brand value enhancement, and operational resilience across sites (head offices and factories), notably by facilitating risk-mapping workshops.
