About the role
- Develop, together with industrial performance teams and the factories, a mapping of material losses across our production sites by analyzing performance, process and packaging data
- Identify the main causes of industrial losses that the Group should prioritize, in collaboration with plant teams
- Select and validate the best industrial performance practices with plants and central experts
- Conduct studies to quantify and characterize gaps observed relative to established industrial performance practices
- Initiate action plans and benchmark these actions across the Group’s different scopes and factories
Requirements
- You are a student on a gap year or in your final year of studies
- You are proficient in English
- You have an internship agreement (convention de stage)
- Experience in the food/agri-food industry
- Experience in production or plant operations
