Procurement

• Support the development and execution of the global category vision and growth strategy, collaborating with regional and local teams.
• Lead and coordinate strategic category initiatives, including innovation launches, portfolio optimization, and best practice sharing across markets.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and R&D to drive category growth projects from ideation to execution.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and business cases to senior management and external partners.
• Track performance metrics, report on progress, and recommend course corrections as needed.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement within the global category team.
