About the role

  • Manage the graphic/packaging workflow: master the graphic production process (modifying existing packaging or developing new packaging)
  • Analyze various panels (retailers and consumers): regularly evaluate the overall performance of the existing portfolio
  • Recommend action plans when necessary
  • Implement the activation/promotion plan: participate in setting up consumer activations for the brand (media, PR, promotional activations, sampling, etc.)
  • Establish operational follow-up in direct liaison with our agencies
  • Support new product launches
  • Support, when necessary, the implementation of consumer studies (sensory tests / packaging tests, etc.)
  • Participate in the development of new products and/or project follow-up (contribute to ideation, manage packaging creation, organize tastings, prepare reports, etc.)
  • Conduct active competitive monitoring
  • Identify new products on the market
  • Carry out in-store checks, tastings, and organize the follow-up of consumer complaints
  • Respond to internal requests; create materials and sales arguments for our commercial team
  • Contribute to clear internal communication of innovations and projects

Requirements

  • Final-year Master’s student in Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent university program
  • Previous successful experience in marketing, ideally in the retail/large-scale distribution sector
  • Recognized for being rigorous and curious
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to take initiative and a genuine taste for teamwork
  • Strong interest in the retail or food industry
  • Creative mindset
  • Ideally some experience using retailer and consumer panels
  • Proficient with common IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
