About the role
- Build, in collaboration with the industrial performance teams and plants, a mapping of material losses across our production sites by analyzing performance, process and packaging data
- Identify the main causes of industrial losses the Group should focus on, in coordination with plant teams
- Select and validate best practices in industrial performance in partnership with plants and central experts
- Conduct studies to quantify and characterize gaps observed relative to industrial performance practices
- Initiate action plans and benchmark those actions carried out by the Group’s various scopes and plants
Requirements
- You are a student on a gap year or completing your studies
- You are proficient in English
- You have a signed internship agreement (convention de stage)
- Experience in the food industry (agri-food)
- Experience in production/plant operations
