About the role
- Reporting to a Materne Product Manager, you will join the marketing team dedicated to managing the Materne brand.
- Analyze various panels (retailer and consumer): regularly evaluate the overall performance of the existing portfolio.
- Recommend action plans as needed.
- Manage the graphic/packaging production process: master the artwork/graphic chain process (modifying existing packaging or developing new packaging).
- Implement the activation/promotion plan: participate in consumer activations for the brand (media, PR, promotional activations, sampling, etc.).
- Establish operational follow-up in direct coordination with our agencies.
- Support the launch of new products.
- Assist, when necessary, with setting up consumer studies (sensory tests / packaging tests, etc.).
- Participate in new product development and/or project follow-up (contribute to ideation, manage packaging creation, organize tastings, prepare reports, etc.).
- Maintain active competitor monitoring.
- Identify new products on the market.
- Conduct in-store checks, tastings, and organize follow-up on consumer complaints.
- Respond to internal requests and create materials and talking points for our sales team.
- Contribute to effective internal communication of innovations and projects.
Requirements
- You are a final-year Master's student in a business school, engineering school, or university equivalent, with a first successful experience in marketing, ideally in the retail sector.
- You are recognized as rigorous and curious, have strong interpersonal skills, take initiative, and enjoy working in a team.
- You have a strong affinity for the retail and/or food industry, and a creative streak.
- Ideally, you already have first-hand experience using retailer and consumer panels and are proficient with computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
