About the role

  • Within the Supply Chain Capability department, you will report to the Data Analysis (Master Data) Manager.
  • You will take part in various data analysis and project management assignments.
  • You will assist the Data Analysis (Master Data) Manager in managing Group data (suppliers and finished products), ensuring data integrity and alignment with Group needs across the value chain.
  • You will help drive the transformation of data management.
  • Facilitate data governance activities, including reporting and data analysis (customers, finished products and other coded items, suppliers).
  • Contribute to updating KPI dashboards (products and suppliers).
  • Model and extract data to ensure collection and restructuring, providing end-to-end visibility across the value chain: from insights to value; Big Data approach.
  • Be proactive in improving tools and processes within the master data community (database cleansing, cross-checking between systems, etc.).
  • Support strategic supply chain transformation projects.

Requirements

  • Currently a Bac+4 or Bac+5 student (equivalent to Master’s level, engineering program or similar), with initial experience in Supply Chain and seeking a 6-month internship.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
  • Leadership.
  • Analytical skills / Project management.
  • Change management / Strategic vision.
  • Rigor and organization / Ability to synthesize.
  • Innovative mindset.
  • Languages: Fluent French and English (ability to lead meetings in both languages on technical topics, participate in telephone conversations, and write meeting minutes and technical summary documents).
  • IT: Proficient with MS Office (strong Excel skills). SAP knowledge is a plus.
