Supply Chain

• Manage part of the Benelux brand portfolio
• Play a key role in the IBP process
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Finance, Supply, and the central IBP team
• Ensure accurate demand planning and strong cross‑functional alignment
• Build SKU‑level forecasts per customer group based on sales trends, market data, statistical inputs, assortment changes, distribution levels, and promotional plans

Demand Planner

• Ensure timely supply of materials to the local plant
• Coordinate bulk materials receipt and call-off
• Collaborate with regional planners and vendors
• Manage quality issues and inventory discrepancies

Supply Chain Planner

• Proactively works collaboratively with internal program teams, quality, contracts, and other functional areas to understand unique supply chain needs to support customer, program, and commodity strategies.
• Source and evaluate supplier quotes, select, and recommend suppliers and negotiate price, delivery, quality, service, and most competitive solution.
• Identifies and realizes cost savings and reduction opportunities, gains alignment with finance and internal stakeholders for these wins, and actively tracks post event actual savings obtained.
• Work closely with the program offices, quality and the larger procurement team and act as the primary point of contact for program specific suppliers.
• Assist in pricing and maintaining Bill of Materials changes as relates to baseline and estimate to complete.
• Ability to review and understand contractual requirements and facilitates supplier business relationships to ensure contractual requirements, performance, obligations and expectations are met.
• Understand and interpret contract changes.
• Proactively engage with suppliers to resolve issues and negotiate lead time improvement and other advantages for Draper.
• Works closely with the program teams during the proposal phase to support supply chain and contractual requirements and compliance.
• Provide analysis on cost and schedule performance.
• Works closely with the program team and quality in the development of the Bill of Materials (BOM), to include supplier sourcing and obtaining the necessary documentation to ensure compliance and advise on material selection based on supplier performance and risk assessments.
• Successfully negotiates Long Term Agreements (LTA) to ensure continual contractual coverage and drives cost savings.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact supply chain risk management practices.
• Manages respective PO data, maintenance in MRP/ERP environment, and works in partnership with AP to resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.
• Acts as liaison with the material planner, supplier management and accounts payable to ensure data integrity of purchased components, suppliers and payment terms in ERP system.
• Negotiates and settles with suppliers regarding damage claims, rejections, losses, return of materials, over shipments, cancellations, and engineering changes.
• Monitors, tracks, and updates order status and is the primary contact to support schedule.
• Other supply chain related tasks as necessary to include, but not limited to, logistics and inventory support.

Supply Chain Analyst

• Plan, implement, manage and control all areas of the transport and warehouse operations and associated costs within area of remit, with maximum efficiency to ensure it exceeds customer expectations
• Create, lead and manage a culture that is focused on maintaining and continuously improving a ‘world class’ Health and Safety standard across the entire operation
• Ensure National Planning is communicated effectively and delivered across the sites to agreed client KPI’s
• Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with our customer, communication on all day-to-day operations

Regional Distribution Manager

• Establish, monitor, and continuously adjust min/max inventory levels based on historical usage, seasonal trends, and supplier lead times
• Conduct regular inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy and availability of critical spares
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks associated with dead stock and slow-moving inventory
• Define and maintain optimal stock buffers to balance availability and cost efficiency
• Develop and execute strategies to improve overall inventory health and turnover
• Establish and optimize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to support efficient ordering, tracking, and fulfillment processes
• Leverage WMS capabilities to automate replenishment triggers and streamline inventory workflows
• Ensure data accuracy and system alignment across inventory, procurement, and fulfillment functions
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure material readiness for scheduled builds, eliminating stock-out delays
• Manage the kitting process to ensure complete and accurate material packages are delivered to the shop floor on time
• Analyze root causes of shipping delays and implement corrective actions to improve OTD and OTS performance
• Proactively identify risks to production timelines and take preventative actions to maintain continuity
• Collaborate with procurement and Network Investments teams to manage vendor lead times and ensure supplier reliability
• Monitor supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans, including safety stock adjustments and alternative sourcing strategies
• Evaluate supplier performance metrics (quality, delivery, responsiveness) to ensure alignment with operational requirements

Supply Chain Materials Planner II

• Defines and develops material strategy
• Responsible for the assessment of supply resources; aggregates and prioritizes demand requirements; plans inventory, distribution requirements, production, material and rough-cut capacity for all products
• Participates in make/buy process, long-term capacity and resource planning; product phase-in/phase-out, manufacturing ramp-up, end-of-life management and product line management
• Analyzes and aggregates supply/demand requirements
• Analyzes purchase material supply/demand position using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools
• Plans inventory levels based on dependent and independent Bill-of-Material (BOM) requirements
• Assesses rough-cut capacity for current and short-term manufacturing requirements
• Creates/reduces supply requirements based on inventory adjustments
• Participates in long-term capacity and resource planning to ensure proper scheduling of new product line phase-ins as well as existing product line phase-outs

Associate Supply Chain Planning Specialist

• Own the end-to-end execution for all assigned OFCI equipment from post-award through final site delivery, ensuring all deliveries align with construction and ready-for-service schedules.
• Hold suppliers accountable to contractual production timelines and recovery commitments while providing data-driven insights to leadership regarding reliability trends.
• Identify potential schedule risks early, implement mitigation plans to avoid project delays, and escalate critical issues to leadership in a timely manner.
• Coordinate closely with Design Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Operations to manage submittal reviews and ensure deviation management is resolved quickly.

Supply Chain Manager

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives across Supply Chain and Warehousing categories in Latin America, by ensuring value generation, risk mitigation and long-term sustainability through efficient procurement spend;
• Act as a strategic partner to strategic stakeholders, influencing decisions with data while developing and implementing category strategies aligned with business objectives;
• Structure, negotiate and challenge contracts, identifying safe, compliant opportunities for optimization, renegotiation and structural improvements;
• Conduct complex negotiations with high financial and operational impact;
• Work in initiatives with team members and other areas, looking to develop a strategic sourcing mentality in the group.

Senior Buyer – Supply Chain, Warehousing

• Develops and/or teaches courses in the graduate curriculum courses as assigned.
• Responsible for the creation of lecture materials, facilitation of learning activities, assessment (i.e., quizzes, exams, assignments, and homework if applicable), offering of weekly office hours, oversight of teaching assistant(s) (if assigned), submission of grades, and resolution of any ongoing student or course issues.

Semester Lecturer – Supply Chain Principles for Health Systems

• Translating and communicating supply-related insights (e.g., backlog, substitution, service impacts) into clear, actionable updates that enable commercial teams to protect revenue, prioritize opportunities, and effectively engage customers
• Supporting and leading execution of cross-functional initiatives that improve service, enable revenue growth, and strengthen alignment between commercial and supply chain teams
• Establishing and driving standardized communication frameworks for service-related updates, ensuring consistency and clarity across the commercial organization
• Coordinating cross-functional alignment and escalations across Supply Chain, Sales, and Portfolio teams
