About the role
- Reporting to the Export Customer Service Manager, you will work on two main areas:
- Manage a portfolio of export orders from receipt to final delivery: inventory management, shipment tracking, dispute resolution, invoicing/documentation and customer satisfaction management
- Identify actions to align Export Customer Service processes with Group standards
- Update existing KPIs and contribute to the deployment of Group KPIs within the Export Customer Service
- Actively participate in major projects, collaborating with multicultural teams, including mapping export flows to strengthen the service’s efficiency.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain or International Trade (or equivalent)
- Familiarity with Incoterms, export procedures and customs regulations
- Previous experience (internship, work-study) in Export Customer Service or other Supply Chain functions
- Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI for designing interactive dashboards (knowledge of SAP ERP is a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in French and English
- Analytical and rigorous approach with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Charismatic: able to present and defend your ideas while inspiring others
- Pragmatic: work with enthusiasm, team spirit and a strong customer service orientation
