Reporting to the Export Customer Service Manager, you will work on two main areas:
Manage a portfolio of export orders from receipt to final delivery: inventory management, shipment tracking, dispute resolution, invoicing/documentation and customer satisfaction management
Identify actions to align Export Customer Service processes with Group standards
Update existing KPIs and contribute to the deployment of Group KPIs within the Export Customer Service
Actively participate in major projects, collaborating with multicultural teams, including mapping export flows to strengthen the service’s efficiency.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Supply Chain or International Trade (or equivalent)
Familiarity with Incoterms, export procedures and customs regulations
Previous experience (internship, work-study) in Export Customer Service or other Supply Chain functions
Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI for designing interactive dashboards (knowledge of SAP ERP is a plus)
Advanced proficiency in French and English
Analytical and rigorous approach with a solutions-oriented mindset
Charismatic: able to present and defend your ideas while inspiring others
Pragmatic: work with enthusiasm, team spirit and a strong customer service orientation
