About the role
- Build, in collaboration with the industrial performance teams and the factories, a mapping of material losses across our production sites by analyzing performance, process and packaging data
- Identify the main causes of industrial losses that the Group should focus on, in collaboration with plant teams
- Select and validate the best industrial performance practices in coordination with the factories and central experts
- Conduct studies to quantify and qualify the gaps observed compared with established industrial performance practices
- Initiate action plans and benchmark these initiatives carried out by the Group’s various scopes and factories
Requirements
- You are a student on a gap year or a final-year student
- You are proficient in English
- You have a valid internship agreement (convention de stage)
- Experience in the food industry (agri-food)
- Experience in production or factory environments
