About the role

  • Administering our internal tools will be your primary mission:
  • Populate and maintain the decision-support tools used by the commercial teams: you will be responsible for a large part of maintaining the Sales Force CRM, the internal visual asset library, and client electronic catalogs.
  • Lead the tools and projects for the Commercial Department: perform various data extractions for commercial management or to feed our tools; participate in the operational deployment of internal projects into the electronic catalogs for GMS customers (major retailers).
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools: take part in their continuous improvement by formulating recommendations and coordinating deployments with software vendors; implement tools following a project-based approach.

Requirements

  • You are a student with at least a Bac+3 level (equivalent to a Bachelor's) in business school or at university.
  • Ideally, you have a first work-study experience in a commercial department within the retail/grocery sector.
  • Curious and dynamic, you enjoy working in a team, can make constructive proposals and are able to explain concepts clearly.
  • Rigorous and organized, recognized for your reliability and your ability to synthesize information.
  • Strong command of office tools is essential (Microsoft Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint…) and you are comfortable with IT tools and software in general.
  • Interest in the food industry.
