About the role
- Actively participate in the company’s enterprise-wide risk management, collaborating with internal stakeholders to support the analysis of risks and opportunities.
- Work closely with the international network of risk managers and with head-office functions to support the rollout of risk management programs: assist the Risk Management Department in implementing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) policy in support of strategy, growth, brand value enhancement, and operational resilience across sites (head offices and factories), notably by facilitating risk-mapping workshops.
- Promote a strong risk management culture that builds trust and creates value for internal clients.
- Contribute to project risk analyses (innovation, investments, mergers & acquisitions) and country risk assessments for executive bodies (Executive Committee, Investment Committee, etc.).
- Support the implementation and/or development of digital tools to help optimize the risk management process.
- Help coordinate networks of risk management, crisis management, and compliance contacts across subsidiaries and plants.
- Prepare and facilitate crisis simulation exercises in coordination with crisis contacts and assist in formalizing Group crisis cells.
- Document and share best practices in risk management, crisis management, and compliance across functional departments, subsidiaries, and plants.
- Propose the Risk Department’s internal communication plan on the intranet and contribute to engaging the risk management, crisis management, and compliance networks.
- Support coordination of external risk communications, notably the Annual Report (risk factors chapter), in line with French and European regulations (Non-Financial Performance Statement, CSRD, etc.).
Requirements
- Master’s degree in risk management, business, finance, management, law, or a related field.
- A multidisciplinary academic background is a plus (e.g., engineering/business, business/law).
- Knowledge of and professional experience in risk management, ideally gained in an international environment and/or the industrial sector.
- Languages: French and fluent English (C1) required. A third language is a plus.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to coordinate data- and process-driven programs and projects.
- Knowledge of risk management best practices and their implementation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
