About the role

  • Contributes to the development of the commercial strategy and drives in-store action plans
  • Manages and leads a sales team of approximately 100 sales representatives
  • Develops managerial skills across the team
  • Ensures excellence of sales-force execution measured by various KPIs
  • Coordinates and monitors the performance of the 100-person team

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac +5) or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience: field sales, negotiation, category management, key account management and team leadership
  • Knowledge of grocery retail (GMS) is preferred
  • Recognized for strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Able to set priorities, lead, motivate and develop performance
  • Fluent English required
