About the role
- Contributes to the development of the commercial strategy and drives in-store action plans
- Manages and leads a sales team of approximately 100 sales representatives
- Develops managerial skills across the team
- Ensures excellence of sales-force execution measured by various KPIs
- Coordinates and monitors the performance of the 100-person team
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 15 years’ experience: field sales, negotiation, category management, key account management and team leadership
- Knowledge of grocery retail (GMS) is preferred
- Recognized for strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Able to set priorities, lead, motivate and develop performance
- Fluent English required
