About the role
- Contribute to defining KIRI's 5-year business plan
- Lead innovation and renovation projects from pre-exploration through post-launch
- Understand consumer and customer needs and the category dynamics in key markets
- Contribute to the brand's strategic plan
- Manage the innovation budget within your scope
- Manage one junior brand manager and one shared intern
Requirements
- Master's degree in business or marketing (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in marketing or brand management
- Proven experience managing innovation projects
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of product value drivers (nutrition, CSR, etc.)
- Strong data analysis skills (Nielsen/IRI preferred)
- Strong consumer and brand focus
