About the role

  • Develop and implement BEL France’s promotional policy
  • Lead, review and adjust promotional plans
  • Maximize the financial performance of promotional activations
  • Improve and develop promotion tools in collaboration with RGM Global teams, IT teams and external consultants
  • Serve as the guardian of the company’s promotional processes

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac +5) or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in commercial/RGM roles within large-scale retail
  • Proven understanding of retail promotions
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial analysis skills
  • Familiarity with promotional tools (XTEL, Mémory, Circana, Nielsen…)
  • Experience with dashboarding/design tools (Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau…)
  • Knowledge of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) in France
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proven experience with promotional analysis tools (P&L, ROI, sell-out…)
  • Solid experience managing P&Ls and financial levers: Net Sales, Promotion Costs and Commercial Margin
  • Professional level of English required
  • Native or fluent French
