About the role

  • Contribute to defining KIRI's 5-year business plan
  • Build the innovation/renovation strategy and feed the pipeline
  • Manage innovation and renovation projects, from pre-exploration through post-launch
  • Understand consumer and customer needs as well as the category in key markets
  • Recommend new development opportunities based on strong insights
  • Manage the innovation budget (consultants, design agencies, market research institutes)
  • Lead and mentor one junior brand manager and a shared intern

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business or marketing (equivalent to Bac+5)
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in marketing and brand management for FMCG within a Global function
  • Several years' experience managing innovation projects
  • Fluent in English and French
