About the role
- Contribute to defining KIRI's 5-year business plan
- Build the innovation/renovation strategy and feed the pipeline
- Manage innovation and renovation projects, from pre-exploration through post-launch
- Understand consumer and customer needs as well as the category in key markets
- Recommend new development opportunities based on strong insights
- Manage the innovation budget (consultants, design agencies, market research institutes)
- Lead and mentor one junior brand manager and a shared intern
Requirements
- Master's degree in business or marketing (equivalent to Bac+5)
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in marketing and brand management for FMCG within a Global function
- Several years' experience managing innovation projects
- Fluent in English and French
