Account Manager

• The 3PL Account Manager will be responsible for driving AutoStore’s growth within the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) channel a strategic lever in accelerating AutoStore’s growth ambitions.
• Manage and develop a portfolio of high-potential 3PL accounts based on the AutoStore strategy, deepening long-term consultative partnerships, and capturing share from competing technologies through a targeted, go-to-market approach.
• Drive AutoStore’s strategic initiatives through the 3PL accounts in EMEA, translating regional priorities into committed sites and measurable pipeline growth.
• Build and deepen long-term, consultative relationships with key stakeholders from warehouse operations and solution design to executive leadership within each 3PL.
• Develop and execute joint growth plans and detailed account plans with committed-site targets, revenue goals, expansion strategies, and risk mitigation.
• Engage 3PL end customers early and proactively pre-RFP and accelerate RFP conversion.
• Driving the successful onboarding and operational integration of new 3PL accounts.

3PL Account Manager

Customer Success Manager

• Act as a key point of contact and trusted resource for customer operations
• Engage partner distributors and AutoStore internal subject matter experts to collaboratively support customer operational goals
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementations, onboarding, and adoption of solutions
• Demonstrate solid understanding of customer business goals and their holistic and daily needs
• Proactively monitor customer operational performance, and provide recommendations to improve operations
• Strengthen and leverage customer relationships to proactively accelerate upsell opportunity

Security Analyst

• The Security Risk and Compliance Analyst is the operational engine of AutoStore's Technology Risk and Compliance function
• Turning frameworks and policies into working processes
• Maintaining the evidence base for assurance activities
• Keeping the compliance position current and visible
• Reporting to the CISO and works across IT, Legal, Finance, HR, and Product
• Ensures regulatory and certification obligations are met
• Documents and evidences controls
• Works closely with the Senior Risk and Compliance Professional on a day-to-day basis

• Responsible for supporting the assurance and testing cycle

Security Risk and Compliance Analyst

Account Executive

• Serve as a member of the Central European Leadership Team, contributing to regional strategy, commercial priorities, and cross-functional alignment.

• Act as product safety and compliance contributor within R&D projects, ensuring safety principles are embedded in system architecture and detailed design.
• Participate in risk assessments and safety analyses (e.g. hazard analysis, risk reduction measures) for complex electromechanical and automated systems.
• Interpret and apply international product safety standards and regulations (CE, EN, IEC, ISO, NRTL) in practical engineering context.

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for partner inquiries and day-to-day business needs
• Support partners with questions related to: Products and product availability, Orders and deliveries, Lead times and shipment status, CRM system processes and opportunity management, Escalations and complaint handling
• Act as a trusted liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure transparent communication and prompt issue resolution
