Full-stack Engineer

• Build and maintain robust infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Azure, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement best practices for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring to ensure high availability and reliability of our applications.
• Work with cross-functional teams (including data scientists) to design and deploy scalable solutions that handle large volumes of data efficiently.
• Optimize system performance, ensuring quick response times and efficient resource utilization.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards for data protection.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using C# and the .NET framework.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications and systems.
• Revise, update, refactor, and debug existing code and applications.

Software Engineer

Payroll

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes and act as the key contact between locations and current payroll provider
• Coordinate payroll and timekeeping systems, ensuring accurate processing of changes (e.g., new hires, terminations, raises)
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, international policies, and support payroll tax audits
• Collaborate with HR, accounting, and auditors, maintaining accurate records and preparing reports
• Oversee global benefits administration, including insurance and pensions

Payroll Advisor

Compliance

• Collaborate closely with product developers on a variety of projects and with external test labs.
• Provide compliance support throughout the entire product life cycle, working alongside our Product Owners to ensure that regulatory requirements are consistently met and kept up to date.
• Manage product regulations and safety standards across the EU, US/Canada, and other international markets.
• Translate these requirements into clear guidance for designers, follow up to ensure compliance, and share your expertise throughout the AutoStore organization.
• Support the sales team and other stakeholders on regulatory matters.

System Safety and Compliance Specialist

• Focus on software testing and contributing to continuous product improvements
• Prepare formal test specifications
• Execute and automate tests
• Participate in troubleshooting throughout the development process
• Analyze operational performance (e.g., uptime, recovery)
• Conduct big data analysis and deep-dive investigations
• Contribute to the execution of our Red Site program (travel should be expected)
