• Partner closely with our US validation partners, some of our most important partnerships.
• Ensure that they receive sterling service through upgrades and close monitoring.
• Align closely with them, with our supporting partners, and with other end-customers.
• Analyze complex datasets and identify/report deviations with our high priority validation partners.
• Perform rigorous analysis in close collaboration with the Cube Success team in Norway.
• Conduct advanced root cause analysis on system failures and performance issues.

Technical Account Manager

• Communicate with assigned partner organizations to build relationships, ensure they are finding success with AutoStore products, and ensure that they understand how to solve any issues being experienced.
• Conduct reviews of cases through various platforms to ensure progress is being made and communicate status with both internal and external partners.
• Participate in both technically focused and business outcome focused meetings with customers/partners, and be viewed as a problem solver by those organizations
• Create documentation around how to solve issues that are experienced, in order to speed future resolution of similar issues.
• Become an expert on all aspects of AutoStore’s technology and products, and utilize that expertise to drive value for partners and customers
• Run regular meetings, monitor system performance, and inform partners about appropriate identified issues and recommend solutions.

• Maintain a comprehensive overview of your assigned product, ensuring quality, structural integrity, and design alignment.
• Assess product performance within the AutoStore`s context, identifying technical gaps and driving broad improvements.
• Take an Active role in mechanical designs, including load calculations, FEA analysis, mechanical integrity, etc.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Partners, Product Owners, Project Managers, and R&D teams to meet project objectives.
• Lead improvement initiatives by assembling and guiding project teams while fostering a collaborative, cross-disciplinary development culture.

• Lead and optimize account-based paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, programmatic)
• Own regional digital budget allocation, ensuring spend efficiency
