About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead global people operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Oversee payroll governance, vendor management, and operational excellence
- Own HR platforms, systems, and digital transformation initiatives
- Build scalable shared services and service delivery models
- Ensure global compliance, governance, and data integrity
- Drive process excellence, automation, and continuous improvement
- Establish strong people data, analytics, and AI readiness foundations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven leadership experience in a global context
- 12+ years in global HR operations, HR transformation, shared services, or related leadership roles
- Strong expertise in: HR operations Payroll HRIS / systems Governance & compliance Vendor management
- Proven experience scaling global people infrastructure and processes reimagination and automation
- Strong executive leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
